Insurance coverage provided for single family and 2-4 units. Insurance premiums are based on loan amount, transaction type and loan purpose. Premiums vary from county to county. ALTA Residential Junior Loan Policy

Provides limited title insurance coverage primarily issued in connection with home equity loans. A Schedule A and Exceptions are issued. These show ownership vesting, legal description and liens (mortgages, judgments and taxes). Liability is limited and premiums are flat, based on loan amount. This product is not available in all states.
